We stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Here's what we promise:

  • All items are fit for purpose, durable, and of acceptable quality
  • Products are suitable for their intended use and any specific purposes stated
  • Items will match their descriptions
  • We will act promptly and responsibly to resolve any product faults (excluding misuse), offering repairs, replacements, or refunds
  • We continue to offer in-house repair services for our ZM4 and ZM5 product lines

⚠️ Product Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to property or life resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

🛠️ Warranty Terms

  • All smart regulators are covered by a 24-month warranty (from date of purchase) on a return-to-base basis
  • We will repair or replace faulty units free of charge
  • Freight costs are not covered under warranty
  • Warranty excludes damage from incorrect installation
  • Warranty is void if the unit is tampered with or the cover is removed

If you experience an issue, please refer to the User Manual fault-finding section and provide detailed information about your installation when contacting us.

Refurbished Alternators

  • All units are tested on an alternator rig
  • Warranty does not cover alternators, except for workmanship issues
  • If the yellow torque paint on the pulley is removed or the pulley is tampered with, warranty is void

🔁 Returns Policy

  • Full refunds are available for goods returned in original packaging, unused, within 30 days
  • If goods have been used, installed, or powered up, a recertification fee of up to 15% may apply
  • Alternators that have been powered up or fitted incur a 25% refund penalty
  • Shipping costs (both directions) are non-refundable
  • A 90-day return window applies
  • We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping

Your customer data and order information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

🚚 Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received
  • Online banking payments are confirmed the next business day
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships
